Introduction to Third-Party Food Safety Audits

This workshop is designed to provide a brief introduction to various third-party audits.  After taking the workshop, participants will be able to understand the differences between GMP and Global Food Safety Initiative accredited audit programs.  The workshop will also provide an overview of some of the major programs and resources required to implement and maintain a third-party audit program successfully.

Target audience: Small and very small food businesses looking to learn more about third-party audit programs.

No certificate will be issued for this training.

Remote Delivery through Zoom

We will be hosting this workshop remotely through zoom only at this time. All participants will need to have access to a computer with the following:

  • Zoom link will be sent out a few days before the training for security reasons.
