Audit Readiness

This workshop is designed to provide a brief introduction to various third-party audits.  After taking the workshop, participants will be able to understand the differences between GMP and Global Food Safety Initiative accredited audit programs.  The workshop will also provide an overview of some of the major programs and resources required to implement and maintain a third-party audit program successfully.

Target audience: Small and very small food businesses looking to learn more about third-party audit programs.

We allow changes to your registration until 7 business days prior to the start of the meeting. After that time, no refunds will be given.  There is a cancellation fee of $10.
